PROJECT OVERVIEW

A two-home luxury residential development in Seattle's Ravenna neighborhood, delivered from initial feasibility and design through construction and completion.

As Development Partner and Project Manager, Jane held broad responsibility across the development lifecycle, from feasibility and financial planning through design, permitting, construction and completion. She managed the project’s financial and operational execution, including financing, budgets and contracting, while also coordinating design and permitting and overseeing day-to-day construction, scheduling and field activities. Jane additionally led interior design and finish selections through installation and final detailing.

SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Development Strategy & Feasibility

Partnered in project feasibility, pro forma development, investment analysis and financing strategy, helping establish the project’s business plan and path to execution.

Design, Permitting & Preconstruction

Co-led architectural design, permitting and preconstruction planning, coordinating the project from early design through construction readiness.

Construction Management & Field Operations

Managed day-to-day construction activities, scheduling, trade coordination and onsite inspections, resolving field issues and driving progress through completion.

Budget, Procurement & Contracting

Managed construction budgets, procurement, vendor contracts and accounts payable, coordinating scopes, pricing and purchasing throughout construction.

Interiors, Finishes & Quality Control

Led interior design execution, finish packages and material selections while overseeing installation, quality control and final detailing in the field.

Project Delivery & Closeout

Managed inspections, punch-list completion and final project delivery, coordinating outstanding construction and closeout requirements through completion.
